How to move a status if it is approval rejected in change management

I need your help.
I want the status to be Implement when an approval is rejected in Review, in the same way that the status is New when an approval is rejected in Assess.
I could create Flow and Change Approval Policies and set up that when moved to Review, Approval is requested.

Could you tell me more about that OOTB you told me about, I looked for Flow, workflow, business rules but couldn't find it.
