how to obtain sample data?

I have created a new instance(Istanbul) and there is now sample data. How to obtain some sample data after the instance is already created?

Is this your personal developer instance or a commercial instance? It sounds like there may be an underlying issues if you cannot export records to XML. If it is a commercial instance, then you can reach out to customer support.

If it's a personal development instance, or a partner development instance, the low memory allocated to the instance means that it will time out if you try to export too many records. We weren't able to find any method to export our records from one instance to another because of those limits -- you may be able to export if you export in chunks.
