After changing the role in my PDI configuration to Admin, it opens with a role "Creator User." There seems to be no option to create an Admin account with this user. How do I get it to open with the standard Admin user?

I did open a ticket in the Instance Helm community.
I solved the problem on my own:
Released my PDI and requested a new one. Then it had the Admin account rather than aes_creator account.

Did you try logoff and log back in? That should help... if the admin role was removed, you may need to reset from the developer website.

Since you are not able to switch the roles yourself, try posting your question in the instance help community. ServiceNow employees who can have a look at your instance, will spot your question there.
