How to open related record in ATF

Hi all,

I'm working on Change ATF SOW version for change task validation it is creating change task after moving state to implement but i'm unable to open those task records. What could be the process for that i tried to open via related list but still it is not opening.

This is for SOW change request( Change task lifecycle)

you will require some additional field to distinguish the Change Task

May be the Type or short description

Add that in your filter in Record Query
