How to open Workflow Studio?

Hello.

I'm doing the "Create Subflows & Actions: Build a Subflow - Washington" course and the first step of "Activity: Create a Subflow" says:

In your personal developer instance, navigate to All > Workflow Studio.

However I am unable to find "Workflow Studio" on my instance.

I have looked up a few tutorials such as this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VnVpqtw-GqI
and they seem to have Workflow Studio under: All > Process Automation > Workflow Studio

However I do not seem to have this on my instance:

What am I missing?

I'm not sure whether the responses were correct or not.

While the responses seem reasonable, as I said I wasn't really able to work out which services I had installed, but surprisingly when I came back a week later it unexpectedly just seem to work (sort of) and I don't really know why.

The way I actually managed to progress was to follow the instructions for the "Vancouver" course rather than the "Washington" one, so I guess I could accept my own answer but that doesn't seem very appropriate.
