How to pass variable value to REST Message via Remote Table Script?

Hi,

 

 I have a requirement as below 

 

we have a two variables on catalog form 'company'(drop down) and 'department'(reference) coming from Remote table.

 

Requirement : when user will select the 'company' on the catalog item form then based on the selected 'company' server should response the list of department on the catalog item form.
