Body:
Hi Community,
I have a requirement where I need to pause a task in the Service Desk assignment group for 5 days. After the 5-day period, if no action is taken, the task should be automatically closed.
Could you please suggest the best way to implement this?
How can I ensure the task is paused (on hold or waiting state) and then automatically closed after 5 days?
Any recommendations or examples would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Hi @rohitgotefode3 Why not put the task on hold and then run a job to move it to the Closed state?
It’s easy to do—just a suggestion.
