How to prevent a user from creating a dashboard from homepage based on roles ?

Is there anyway we can prevent the user from creating a dashboard version of homepage ?

You need to write acl on table: "pa_dashboards".

Create NEw ACL with operation as create and give role who can create the,.

The ACL created will be applicable for pa_dashboards but still the users will be able to create dashboards from homepages.

I need to hide the higheted buttons . Please refer the screenshot :

Did you manage to hide the two options

We are also facing the same scenario. We have re-configured the ACLs but it still displays the "Create Dashboard Version" button if a user creates a new Homepage

Try with adding property to restrict to use add content.
