How to prevent the Assignment Group from being added automatically

Hi all,

We've configured a Virtual Agent Topic to create incidents. We're mapping the Business Service's support group to the Assignment Group field. The issue we're encountering is that when an end user selects a Business Service with an associated support group, the Assignment Group field in the incident form correctly displays the support group of the selected Business Service. However, if the Business Service does not have a support group, the Assignment Group field is automatically defaulting to the "HelpDesk" team.

Does anyone know how to prevent this default Assignment Group from being added? Where is this behavior defined?
