How to provide evaluation/feedback for a task

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if there's any way to evaluate or give feedback for an HR task or as a matter of fact any task?
what our requirement is that when a Task is closed, a feedback/evaluation should be provided by the "opened by" person, so that the agents who worked on the task get a clarity on what they need to improve.

You can use OOTB survey module for the same.

But how would the assigned to person be able to see the response of the assessment/survey?

As far as I know, assigned to is not able to see the survey directly. That user need the required role.

No i mean, if they have the required role, how would they get to see the response? and how would they get to know that a survey has been filled? like via some notification? report? or anything?
