how to public portal page without login

Hi everyone, I want to public my portal page (everyone can see with this link, without login)

@ha  In order to have a public service portal page you'll need to make sure:

1. In the sys_public table te record referring to "$sp" is set to true
2. Set the portal page (sp_page record) with public set to true
