How to pull a report on Incident Table for priority changes

Hi ,

I have a requirement for pulling a report for the priority changes,

for example: I need to pull the reports on the Incident table which ever incident priority have been either upgraded or downgraded.

Please help

Suggest you to create a scheduled report for the same.

Please follow the below steps to get the report.



Step 1 : Create a Metric Report



Metrics --> Definitions --> New

Step 2: Create few incidents and change the priority of those incidents




Step 3: Create a new Report



Reports --> View / Run --> Create Report

Step 4: Based on Priority & Value Column, You may include the filter to get the incidents

i need which group is changing the priority ,
