How to send email notifications from appstoreprod@service-now.com to ServiceNow instance. I need to create tickets for these incoming emails. Developers get notifications on their individual mailboxes, but how to add a generic account to receive these notifications?

Thank you Kristy. I am looking for how to subscribe for the Appstore notifications to receive email into the instance. We are aware of the Email actions and Flows.

Ah.. well that's altogether different.. sorry about that!
An individual can subscribe to notifications, but I'm not 100% positive what is in the those notifications if I'm honest or when they are sent. And if you want them to go to an instance, then there would have to be an account with that email address that has access to the store.
You can test it out if you want but clicking your name in the top right and then choosing Subscribe.
It'll show you a list of categories that you can choose to subscribe to like this:
Again.. unsure what those emails contain.. perhaps someone can chime on that one.
