How to receive replies to messages from Microsoft Teams spoke?

I am able to post messages to a Microsoft Teams channel using the Post a Message action in the Microsoft Teams spoke. I added the action to a flow and it posts the message to the Teams channel successfully. How can I receive replies to the message back into ServiceNow?
