How to recover the PDI

Hi team,

My PDI was lost even though I was using it regularly. There is no option under Request Instance as well.

Can someone guide me to get my instance as I have a lot of things in that instance?

Thanks!

Hi @kumar22

There is no way to recover PDI now., as it is already reclaimed by SN.  There is no support available for PDI.

Due to migration to new DC, PDI will be available after 1st Feb mostly.

Hi @kumar22 ,

If your instance has been reclaimed then you're out of luck. There is no possibility to get an instance back that has been reclaimed. Only solution is to request a fresh installation and start from scratch unless you have any previous backup of your work.

Hello,

what if your instance reads like below? It has been like this for 9 days now.

Hi @raymabry ,

Then there is only two options:

  1. wait - nobody can tell you how long it will take
  2. if you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, that any work that you might have done and haven't backed up will be lost.
