How to redirect to SSO when user try to access Service portal without logging in?

Hi,

When the end users are trying to access service portal without logging in to ServiceNow instance they are able to access the portal homepage. However, the widgets are not accessible.

But the customer wants when the user try to access Service portal without logging in, it should redirect them to SSO (Okta). 

Can anyone help me how this can be achieved?

The widget which you want to show , make sure the Public" checkbox is checked, like below:

Hi Sandeep,

After I enabled one property "glide.authenticate.sso.redirect.idp", it is redirecting to SSO. But after the user is logging in, it is redirecting to platform view instead service portal.

Is there something am I still missing?

HI @Deepak K ,

Now its confusing me !! You said you don't want sso ...now you have enabled the property to redirect to sso login. so if don't want itg you can just disable the property you enabled.

We wan't SSO, for that only I have enabled that property and it is working fine.

But the issue here is, after the users have logged in they are being redirected to platform view instead of service portal.

For example, user A try to access service portal, it should redirect to SSO(Okta). After he provided the necessary credentials he/she has to be redirect service portal only. But the user is being redirected to platform view not service portal. Hope I am able to explain it clearly.
