How to remove a option from tab in service Operations workspace

Iam trying to remove the option from a tab that is New Call attaching a picture below can you please suggest the way i have checked ui actions for it but i could not found any action with new call.Thanks in Advance.

Navigate to sys_ux_page_property.LIST

Open this record and update the value

It's not a UI action.
