How to remove Additional Comment and replace all with Work Notes as primary in Portal,Classic & WS ?

Hi All,

The requirement is to remove "Additional Comment" and replace all with Work Notes as primary in Portal, Classic & Workspace. 

Is it possible ? is so then how we could achieve this ? 

Removing the field will be the the global impact or can do it for specific ( limited to) View ?

What is business use case? if you remove the additional comments, then how you will communicate with user or vice versa.

This is for Change request.

Additional Comment as primary and WorkNotes as secondary. This is causing huge problem for team as some users tend to forget clicking on WorkNotes checkbox so want to set WorkNotes as a Primary and remove Additional Comment field

Does it possible ? if not then shall we change the priority like WorkNotes  as primary and Additional Comment as secondary  ?

Hi @Virendra K,

Maybe it will help if you can share a screenshot of where exactly you want this change. As I can see that for the change request notes tab, the work notes is already present as the primary option and the additional comment will be available only when you click on the checkbox.
