How to remove Additional Comment and replace all with Work Notes as primary in Portal,Classic & WS ?

Hi All,

The requirement is to remove "Additional Comment" and replace all with Work Notes as primary in Portal, Classic & Workspace. 

Is it possible ? is so then how we could achieve this ? 

Removing the field will be the the global impact or can do it for specific ( limited to) View ?

Okay, let's understand: If a third-party vendor needs to update, how will they update if you remove this? 

You are best in your domain, and you need to tell clients what is good and best for them.

Leave about removing Additional comments field but can we set WorkNotes as a Primary on Activity stream ? I mean setting WorkNotes checkbox to true ? (snap)
How we could do this or where I can find this setting ? does it on widget ?

I am not sure it can be moved because, for the end user, additional comments are required, not the work notes.
