How to Remove / Edit Breadcrumb Title

Hi All,

Greetings!!!

After Utah upgrade when I open my existing HR case, the breadcrumb is appended with - "My Request - % title". PFA image

I want to remove "- % title". How to do the same. I have searched all the widgets but couldn't find anything.

After digging little bit more I figured out that this is done using portal pages Dynamic titles.
