How to remove estimated completion tab (oob) from a submitted request page in the service portal

HI Community,
I need to remove this estimated completion from the portal
It is an OOB thing how can i remove it. My client want this to be remove from portal

This is a widget that has been added to the portal page. Go to the portal, find the page (the name can be found in the address bar), and then remove the widget. However, keep in mind that this will impact all other items as well.
To find the widget name, press Ctrl + Right-click and you’ll be able to see the widget name."
