How to remove hover text from Employee Center

The hover text for the branding logo covers the Mega Menu Button.

How can I disable / remove it?

Hi Mark,

I liked your write up and hoped it would work for me but it has not.  Not sure why.  The ec-theme-header CSS include you have pictured in your article did not exist in my instance.  I created the include and a style sheet (of same name) to which I added your provided example.  Any ideas mate?
