How to remove Maximum Length Limit to Work Notes List Field in Change Request

Hi,

When passing Data through Post Man using Payload, "Work Notes List" field is accepting limited characters. If i add it in Change Request through GUI it is accepting all the characters.
In u_tr_change_request_api table, "Work Notes List" field is of String type and maximum character length is 4000.

Where do i need to change the maximum length of "Work Notes List" field?.

Any Help would be helpful.
