How to remove one particular catalog item from serviceportal?

Hi,
I have deactivated one Catalog Item and also changes Availability to Desktop only but I am still getting the Catalog Item 'Active' in portal.
Is there any way or any configuration, so that I can remove the catalog item from the serviceportal .

Some time it can be cache issue. Try logout n login and cache.do

Try logging out and back in to your instance. It is probably a cache issue.
