How to remove "Install Base" from the Account form in CSM/FSM Configurable worksapce?

Hi Team, 

I am trying to remove "Install Base" related list from the account form. But i was not able to find it in related lists settings. and don't know where to go to hide this tab?

Can anyone please suggest me on how to remove it from the form?

Hi Peter, I had the same requirement, I tried the above mentioned fix, but Install Base assiduously stays

I got it to work by adding a screen applicability (admin) to this record: /now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/sys_ux_screen.do%3Fsys_id%3Dd53cc6fb234b1010766713d1d7bf65df%26sy...

Hi,

I had the same issue, by disabling all "Install Base" UX Screens I got rid of the Tab.

 

Navigate to: /sys_ux_screen_list.do?sysparm_query=nameLIKEinstall base&sysparm_first_row=1&sysparm_view=&sysparm_choice_query_raw=&sysparm_list_header_search=true

 

Set active = false and test in a new Browser Session. Worked for me.
