Hello. There are too many terms for the same concepts in ServiceNow, and it is confusing our users. My understanding is that "Subject Person" is the same thing as "Your employee", so we would like to rename the "Your employee" section in the HR Agent Workspace.
Can someone please clearly explain, step by step, how this may be achieved? Thank you!!

More information... I think the section that I need to modify might be called "At a Glance". I am able to hide or show this section of the page by clicking the first button in the rightmost side panel. And the tooltip for that button is "At a Glance". Screenshot:
