How to Reopen an Closed Problem Record

Hi All,

Can anyone let me know how to reopen an existing Closed Problem Record in SNOW.

Actually I dont see any option on Problem Record.

Hi 

Set the problem state from closed back to in progress. This will re-open the problem

Hi,


If you reopen the problem please check its related records as well. Like tasks, changes and incidents if you have some relations with them.


In some cases we have incident attached to problem and in return changes.
