How to reopen closed Security Incident

I want to reopen my closed security incident. Help me solve this one.

Hi @Talari Balateja 

 

Once an record get closed,  means the life cycle is completed, it should not be reopen in any case. It is not recommended not a best pratice.

 

It has Major impact on SLa, Notification  and other parameters.
