How to replicate an error with workflow?

Hi there, 

 

I have the following error:

 

part of the query on task has been ignored because of read security rules on .............

 

I can't remember where the issue with the read security rules was (where the dots are above) and now I cannot seem to replicate the error to then go and edit the ACLs. 

 

Any help with this matter would be much appreciated as it has blocked my flow from the very beginning.
