How to report on instance performance on below aspects in ServiceNow

I want to create a report using OOB ServiceNow capabilities on the following, Please guide on the tables to refer.

 

1. How many concurrent API requests were created in the past month

2. How many transactions ran in past month and show how many transaction took longer than 2 minutes to complete

3. How to get all node specific transactions

4. Some times, instance gets unresponsive and needs some waiting while opening a form or saving a record. What report can help to infer the root cause for such issue

I do not have Performance Analytics but only OOB reporting. The link you shared is for PA
