How to Reset the one workflow

We have several workflows that depend on the conditions outlined in the table. However, I would like to reset just one specific workflow when a state changes. Is this feasible?

Does anyone have suggestions on how to accomplish this?

If the workflow is separate from other processes, what it sounds like from your question, you can just update the workflow to act differently than it does now.

When the state transitions back to its previous condition, I would like to initiate the workflow once more.
