How to restart the node?

I need to restart the single node which is having error. Can anyone tell how to restart. Is there any precautions to be taken before?

Hi Johny,



What I am aware is we can view current nodes form System Diagnostics >> Active transactions (All Nodes) but restart of node can only be done by HO.

Hi Jaspal, do we need to worry about node restart in a dev environment? Will we lose any unsaved work?

It should not have any major impact. You can try mostly it in off business hours as there may be negligible performance impact. Also, for your knowledge suffixing /cache.do at the end of instance URL may clear current node.
