How to restrict RITM search in service portal

Our service portal is designed is a way that searching for an exact RITM number should not return a search result but should instead redirect the user directly to the RITM view. But post Yokohama upgrade this functionality is broken, now if we search for a Keywork "RITM" it returns list of  RITM. On the search source we dont have RITM included, looking for ideas to restrict Requested Item search in Service Portal.
