How to restrict the submission of same survey if its already submitted by the user using the link send to them in email once incident is closed.

The survey is created using survey wizard.

HI All,

Same problem i have faced, so to resolve this i have selected option in Schedule period as "Only Once". It will restrict user to take survey again.

Could you please suggest where to enable this option to restrict user to submit multiple responses for single survey.
