Hi Prateek,
Thanks for your response. I knew about this extension. But whenever I try the link for the extension, I get a 404 error from google, says the url is not found.
Any idea why that would be? Have you recently downloaded the extension?

Navigate to System Diagnostics > Diagnostics Page and you will be able to find all the nodes for an instance
