How to send a notification every 2nd Business Day from the last notification sent & up to 3notificat

I have a new requirement -   should send the notification  every 2nd Business Day from the last notification sent and should be up to 3 notifications.

Already Existing logic - If the status of the request is Pending , User will get auto notification from the servicenow for the required information. 

How can we implement this ?
