How to send an email to my SNow instance?

Hi,
I am a bit confused regarding inbound emails to SNow.
I (think) I've turned on inbound emails using the OOB format -->
And I have this OOB POP3 configuration -->
I have tried all of the following addressing with nothing showing up in the INBOX or the RECEIVED
wachtertest@unix.service-now.com
a_user@wachtertest.service-now.com (a_user is a real user defined within the instance}
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,
Good Day!
Could you please open sys_email_account.LIST - where you can see two records. Please open the one with name : ServiceNow SMTP, in which you can see the user name. Please send the mail to the specific username mentioned in the record.
[Eg: User Name : devxxxxx@service-now.com]
