How to send an email when a record is inserted in syslog

I would like to have an email sent when a record is inserted in syslog.
I set it like the image in Email > Notifications, but the email is not sent.
Do you know the reason?

Hi, unfortunately your post does not show your message configuration.
Do you have a recipient and message content mapped correctly?

Have you checked to confirm that it is not a scoping issue?

Testing quickly in a PDI, by manually creating an entry in syslog with message starting CSV, a notification is triggered for me.

yes. Recipients and messages can also be mapped.
I haven't been able to confirm a scope issue, but is there a problem with different scopes?

Testing quickly in a PDI, I don't have an issue with scope, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't check\confirm it is not the cause. The notification condition filter message field appears to be case sensitive, is your value CSV or csv?

It is a "CSV". This is no different than messages inserted into syslog.
