How to send an email when a record is inserted in syslog

Hi.

I would like to have an email sent when a record is inserted in syslog.
I set it like the image in Email > Notifications, but the email is not sent.
Do you know the reason?

As indicated in earlier post this works for me in a PDI when I manually insert a message starting 'CSV' into syslog, and unfortunately with only a partial screenshot to assess your configuration I am unable to make further assessment of possible causes. Can you manually insert a record into syslog to confirm that the issue is not the record creation process - may need to do this in dev instance as I think you will also need to add a write ACL to syslog table.
