How to send approval to list collector variable

Hi Team,

Sending approval to list collector variable users using workflow approval activity is working.

but my requirement is 

1. If requested_for is in that list collector, we need to exclude him and send approvals to the remaining users.

2. If only requested_for is in that list collector send approval to "Service Desk" group.
