Hello Team,
I’m working on a ServiceNow <-->ira Service Management (JSM) integration for Incident/RITM using Jira Spoke (not the JSM plugin). I’m able to pass customer/internal comments from Jira to ServiceNow, but I’m unable to push comments/work notes from ServiceNow to Jira. I also need guidance on how to map Jira Status to ServiceNow State.

comments/work notes are journal fields so that might require special handling.
