How to set a particular view default view?

I have 4 views available on a table form, I need to set one of the as default view so that when anyone opens the form he should be able to see the form in the particular view only.

I also want to capture this and move it via an update set to the test instance, and same should work there also.

Not view you should create "view rule" to Make it default.

Navigate to system UI -> view rules and clieck new 

On the form give name and select table on table field and provide view name in view field.
