How to set a redirect from from one service portal to another service portal?

Hi team,

 

I’m trying to redirect our current Service Portal to another portal (Employee Center). What is the recommended way to set this up in ServiceNow?

I’ve looked into using Page Route Maps, but it seems like those only apply to specific pages within a portal rather than redirecting the entire portal.

Any guidance or best practices would be appreciated. Thanks!
