How to set Cart Item description based in a catalog variable?

Hi guys, how are you going? I need your help, please!

I have a general catalog item with a variable that asks to user: " What service do you want?" , it's a choice variable.

What I need is when the user clicks on Add to Cart, the info in the Cart need to be based on that answer of this choice, like:

" {catalog item name} + ' - ' + {variable aswer} ".

I noticed that the Cart shows Catalog Item Name and Short Description and make this Short description dynamic is not an option to me, but if I knew where this reference is happening, I believe I could turn it to the catalog Variable.

I needed to clone and edit the template of the Cart and clone the widget to.   😕 ServiceNow must get this easier
