How to set FROM in Outbound Emails?

Hi All,

I need help to set "FROM" in all the outbound emails?  Currently there is different value is set, I want to change it to another. I don't know how to Configure?

@The Matrix  Navigate to System Mailboxes -> Email Accounts and select the SMTP record and do as below,
