How to set mirror image of production instance in lower instance

Hi Connection,

How to set mirror image of production instance in lower instance, there is not data, scripts, etc. we need to have same data, scripts, configuration to be set in all lower instances. Kindly provide the procedure/steps to accomplish this.

Use the System Clone application to copy everything in a database from one instance to another. Cloning is typically used to copy a production instance to a pre-production instance to test changes. Cloning data comes from the most recent, nightly backup.

Hi @Community Alums , 

There is clone feature which will copy the one instance ( source ) to other instance ( target ), after clone process complete the target instance will same as source instance, except the instance specific preserve data.

First you have to configure the Clone Target in source instance then scheduled clone process.

You need target instance URL, a Service Account with admin role, so that source instance can connect to target instance for instance clone.
