How to set "opened by" field to show the default value. For example opened by field should show the name of the user who is raising the ticket.

Under the Default Value tab, do you have the 'Dynamic default Value' set to 'Me' under the Dictionary Entry for the "Opened by" field?

Here is the screenshot of how we configured the default value for "Opened by" on our incident form, it puts the creator of the ticket into the "Opened by" field.

After I change and update the value to 'me' the value reverts back to 'sender'   anyone know how to solve this?
