how to set reference qualifier on a catalog item Requested for

Hi All,

i have a scenario trying to figure out how to show the list of people under the same Manager, active users and employee type is employee in the reference field {sys_user} table. 

can someone help me on it? not sure if we can use dynamic reference qualifier

Senario 1 = if the user logged in is Manager then list should show highlighted in yellow 

Senario 2 = If the logged in user is Emp=1  then highlighted in yellow

Senario 3 = if logged in user is A then it should show B

Are we showing the list of people under the logged-in user (manager)?

say for example i logged in user is a manager and i need to see all the people who who are in red

if i am logged in user 1 should  all in red

if the logged in user is A then it should show B and who are under 3 and 4
