Business is wanting to set up auto approve/reject functionality using Change Approval Policies. This is to that when approvals are created for the affected CI support groups for a change, some of these can be automated if conditions are met. They want this done through Approval Definitions so support groups manage approvals by setting conditions to remove / add / auto-approve their approvals. How can I achieve this?
Or is it better to do it through Approval Rules for change requests?
