Is there any ways to setup CI/CD Pipeline possible to automate code promotion to Higher Instances for a Non Scoped Global ServiceNow Applications? As we can't use studio to commit changes and branching for a Non Scoped Global Application, Please suggest any idea outside of studio if possible.
